Abstract
Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a strategic role in establishing a comprehensive foundation for children’s development; however, many PAUD institutions still face challenges in implementing quality-based institutional management. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of teachers and PAUD managers in Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency through mentoring in the development of quality documents and the implementation of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI). The methods employed include training, workshops, technical guidance, and direct assistance in developing institutional documents such as the vision and mission statements, self-evaluation reports, and annual work plans. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ understanding of the quality cycle concept and their ability to prepare quality documents. Additionally, the program contributed to fostering a reflective work culture and promoting data-driven decision-making within the partnering PAUD institutions.
