Jurnal Manajemen dan Pendidikan is a peer-reviewed open-access journal published by the Program Studi Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan, Institut Agama Islam Muhammad Azim Jambi (IAIMA Jambi).

This journal aims to provide a platform for scholars, researchers, practitioners, and students to publish and disseminate research findings, conceptual studies, and innovative ideas in the fields of management and education, particularly from the perspective of Islamic education management.

Focus and Scope:
Jurnal Manajemen dan Pendidikan covers a wide range of topics including, but not limited to:

  • Strategic, Financial, and Institutional Management

  • Educational Planning, Policy, and Quality Assurance

  • Innovation in Teaching, Curriculum, and Learning

The journal is published twice a year (June and December) and welcomes manuscripts written in Bahasa Indonesia or English.

All manuscripts submitted to this journal will undergo an initial editorial screening and a double-blind peer review process to ensure quality, originality, and adherence to academic ethics.

Jurnal Manajemen dan Pendidikan adopts an open access policy, allowing unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of published works under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), provided that proper credit is given to the original author and source.
