All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Manajemen dan Pendidikan undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and validity of the research work.

1. Review Process

  • After submission, each manuscript is first evaluated by the editorial team to determine its relevance, formatting compliance, and originality.

  • Manuscripts that pass the initial screening will be sent to two or more independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field.

  • The double-blind review means that both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

  • The review process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on reviewer availability and response time.

2. Review Outcomes

The possible editorial decisions after peer review are:

  1. Accept without revision – the manuscript can be published as submitted.

  2. Minor revision – small changes are required before acceptance.

  3. Major revision – significant improvements are needed; the revised version will be re-evaluated.

  4. Reject – the manuscript is not suitable for publication in the journal.

Authors are expected to respond to reviewers’ comments carefully and submit the revised version within the specified time frame.

3. Reviewer Ethics

  • Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts objectively and provide constructive feedback.

  • Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and not use any part of the manuscript for personal benefit.

  • Any conflict of interest must be disclosed to the editor immediately.

4. Editorial Decision

The final decision regarding publication is made by the Editor-in-Chief, based on the reviewers’ recommendations and the journal’s editorial policy. The editorial team reserves the right to make minor adjustments to improve clarity, grammar, and formatting before publication.
