<p class="s10"><span class="s9"><span class="bumpedFont17">This research examines the importance of student management and administration in supporting the educational process at the elementary school level, covering student admission, orientation, services, and supervision. SD Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin was chosen because it has a structured student administration system implemented collaboratively by the principal, teachers, and administrative staff. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observation, and documentation. Research subjects include the principal, classroom teachers, and administrative staff. The results show that the implementation of student management and administration has been running well. Student admission is carried out through promotion and socialization. Data management is carried out by an operator under the principal's supervision, while teachers play a role in recording attendance, grades, and student development, including through activities such as </span></span><span class="s9"><span class="bumpedFont17">Tahfidz</span></span><span class="s9"><span class="bumpedFont17"> and Hizbul Wathan. In conclusion, the student management and administration at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Banjarmasin runs structurally, collaboratively, and humanely, with clear roles for each party to realize an orderly system and comprehensive educational services.</span></span></p>
