Abstract
The fulfillment of the National Education Standards (SNP) represents one of the key strategies in strengthening the quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) institutions in Indonesia. Therefore, a comprehensive understanding of these standards is required from teachers and PAUD managers in order to implement them systematically. This community service program aims to enhance the understanding of teachers and PAUD managers regarding the eight National Education Standards through dissemination activities and technical guidance held at TK Pembina, Sungai Bulian Village, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency. The implementation methods included dissemination sessions, workshops, and technical guidance for developing standard-based institutional documents. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ ability to understand the indicators of each standard, formulate follow-up plans, and conduct institutional reflection based on SNP. The program also contributes to strengthening the culture of quality within the targeted PAUD institutions.
