Abstract
This study aims to determine the Financing Management of Cahaya Abadi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) according to Islamic Economics. This research was conducted in Tuo Ilir Village. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. The subjects and objects of the research are BUMDes administrators and BUMDes customers. The data sources for this study use primary and secondary data. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using purposive sampling. The data collection techniques were observation, documentation, and interviews. The results show that the management of Cahaya Abadi BUMDes in Tuo Ilir Village refers to the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Islamic economics, with a focus on transparency, accountability, and community participation. BUMDes prioritizes coordination between managers and members and applies the principles of independence in the form of competence, collaboration, and reduced competition to improve the welfare of oil palm farmers. Fertilizer financing is carried out using an installment system based on the murabahah principle, with profits used for the common good. Despite the challenge of bad debt, BUMDes implements fair credit restructuring, which is in line with Islamic economic principles.
