PERILAKU PEDAGANG KUE DI MENDALO DARAT DALAM TINJAUAN ETIKA BISNIS ISLAM
Abstract
With the development of traditional cakes in each region, cake sellers can improve their economy. The increasing interest in traditional cakes also means increasing income, due to high demand. Many traditional cake entrepreneurs run businesses from home, which provides opportunities for local people, especially mothers, to work in these businesses and increase their income as well as broaden their experience in the process of making and marketing traditional cakes. This research is field research which is carried out by collecting data directly from the object being studied. Researchers act as subjects or actors in this research. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method, which aims to describe and analyze social phenomena or certain individuals. This research method prefers to use in-depth analysis techniques, namely to examine problems specifically because qualitative methodology believes that the nature of one problem will be different from the nature of other problems. Mendalo Darat cake traders' understanding of Islamic business ethics can be proven by the way they carry out trading activities. They already understand how to trade according to business ethics in Islam and they also understand some of the principles of business ethics in Islam. However, they admit that they only know the basics of what is meant by Islamic business ethics. However, they apply it with the intention of worship to obtain blessings and happiness in this world and the hereafter
