Teachers encounter numerous psychological demands, including administrative workloads, instructional targets, and diverse student characteristics. These challenges may lead to work-related stress, emotional fatigue, and decreased instructional quality if not accompanied by adequate emotional regulation skills. This community service program aimed to strengthen teachers' emotional regulation through counselor-assisted mentoring at Yayasan Manarul 'Ilmi. The program employed a participatory approach consisting of five stages: initial assessment, emotional regulation training, emotional management practice, individual and group mentoring, and evaluation. Fifteen kindergarten and elementary school teachers participated in the program. Data were collected through emotional regulation assessment instruments, observations, participant reflections, and documentation. The results demonstrated improvements in teachers' understanding of emotional regulation, greater awareness of stress triggers, enhanced ability to apply mindfulness, grounding, and conscious breathing techniques, and improved empathic communication skills when interacting with students and colleagues. Furthermore, teachers exhibited reduced emotional reactivity, increased self-awareness, and more adaptive coping strategies in managing occupational stress. Counselor-assisted mentoring proved to be an effective strategy for strengthening teachers' emotional resilience while fostering a more supportive learning environment. Sustainable implementation of similar programs is recommended as part of school-based mental health promotion initiatives.
