Menguji Kredibiltas Hadis-hadis Dalam Kitab I’anah al-Thalibin: (studi kritik hadis dalam bab bai’)
Abstract
Structurally, a hadith has three components: the chain of narrators (sanad), the text (matan), and the source (mukharij). However, in reality, it is often found that a hadith is incomplete with these three components, whether read or written in various books and manuscripts. A complete hadith with all three components is still often questioned regarding its authenticity, let alone one that is missing one of the three components. The most frequently omitted of the three components are the chain of narrators (sanad) and the source (mukharij). This is what made the author interested in presenting the credibility of hadiths that are missing one of these three components. The author chose the book I'anah al-thalibin, chapter on sales, because according to the author, this book is a favourite in various Salafi Islamic boarding schools. And mu'amalah issues are one of the most difficult issues to overcome. In this study, the author uses the hadith takhrij method, followed by criticism of the hadith's sanad and matan. The research results show that there are many hadiths that discuss mu'amalah, and they are considered sufficient to address the mu'amalah issues that have occurred in society so far. In addition, the author also found that the quality of hadiths that are missing one of these three components is divided into two categories: first, those that reach the degree of acceptance, which the author uses as the main basis, and second, those that do not reach the degree of acceptance, but are only used as supplements.
