Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the extent of educator challenges and the impact caused by the crisis of educators at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach through a case study approach with the background of learning activity activities at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh Regency. Based on data analysis carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, research results were obtained in the form of: The research results obtained were: (1). challenges for educators in disadvantaged areas (SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh regency in the form of: a). limited facilities and infrastructure; b). difficulty of terrain and access and connectivity; c). low human resources of students; d). teacher shortage; e). as well as a lack of respect for teachers. (2). The impact of the education crisis at SDN Lancong, Sungai Mas District, West Aceh district is: a). teachers have an increasingly heavy workload; b). teachers are easily stressed; c). the distribution of teachers is unbalanced; d). low human resources (HR) and e). students' learning ability is low
