Abstract
A World Class Entrepreneurship University is the vision of the University of Jambi in order to grow, develop, and prepare the entrepreneurial spirit and creativity of post-campus students to become job creators with the Student Entrepreneurial Program (PMW) as an entrepreneurial activity. The activities carried out require an analysis of needs and opportunities to prepare market needs. Entrepreneurs cannot be separated from processed food to fulfill consumer needs. Processed food which is usually made from meat or fish fiber, namely Shredded Shredded is the choice of innovation that will be developed with processed raw materials that are different from usual, namely made from processed Oyster Mushrooms. Method of Implementation Survey of goods and raw materials that will be used for making shredded beef is carried out before the first funding is given, purchases of raw materials and equipment to be used then carries out shredded production to marketing.
